- Refunds will only be done within the 7 days of your expected date of delivery if we mail out the wrong merchandise, wrong size or wrong colour and items must still be in its orginal condition.
- Otherwise, no refunds will be done. Only if there is a manufacturer fault, then we will do a full refund to you via your bank account.
