Ordering Process

Step 1: To send us an Email at princess.ling08@gmail.com consisting of the following information:-

• Name

• Contact number

• Item code (#xxxx)

• Qty

• Colour

• Size

• Delivery address

• Mode of delivery (Registered / Normal)

• Mode of payment (POSB / UOB)

Step 2: We will process your order and send you an Invoice within the next 24 hours which will include the full amount to be transferred.

Step 3: Once you have confirmed with us via Email, no changes can be made to your order and payment have to be transferred within the next 2 days.

Step 4: Then to notify us that you have transferred the amount to us via Email with the following information.

• Quote Invoice number
• Mode of payment (POSB / UOB)
• Amount transferred
• Date of transfer

Step 5: Then sit back and relax and you will receive your order within the next 2-3 weeks.
